How long does shipping take?

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing
International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

What if I got the wrong item or it’s damaged?

Sorry about that! Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to catch it. Contact us right away at support@4thereal.com. Once it ships, we can’t make changes—but you can return it after it arrives.

Is your clothing true to size?

Yes, most pieces fit true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description. For oversized or fitted looks, check the item notes or our size guide.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes—but not always. A lot of our drops are limited, so if you love something, don’t wait on it. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page if it's available.
